Cross streets are University and the 101. Built in 1970. Because of deferred maintenance, the best buyer was a rehabber. Also this house needed to go through probate before it could be sold and I guided the sellers through this process. It sold on

Located in Village Park 2B this is a beautifully rehabbed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with covered parking near the Chicago Cubs spring training park and Riverview. It sold for $275,000 on 12/30/2021

This oldie but goodie 3 bedroom/2 bath/1 level/ 2 car garage/2638 sq ft luxury condo at the corner of N Country Club and W McLellan sold 7/1/2020 for $295,000.
